Shipping policy

Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive order details, shipping info and a tracking #. In the warmer months, we preferably ship Monday-Thursday in insulated boxes with ice packs. The potential of chocolate sitting over the weekend prevents us from capably shipping packages close to the weekend. 

We cannot guarantee shipping times outside of express shipping. USPS flat rate can normally deliver to CA and the West Coast in 2 days. FedEx can normally deliver packages to Florida in 2 days. 

Please try to make sure someone is available to receive the package. We cannot be responsible once the package leaves our facility.

If needed, we do offer express shipping via email or phone contact. Express shipping can cost upwards of $50 depending on weight and location. Please ask for a quote before you place your order! 

Handling Times

We hand make small batches of our chocolates to ensure the highest quality and freshness! On occasion it can take a couple of days to make chocolate for your order. We always try to ship out as soon as humanly possible. Thanks for understanding.
