 Pump Street Sourdough & Sea

Two of my favorite foods in one chocolate bar! Pump Street is not only a world renown chocolate maker but they’re also one of the finest bakeries in England (Suffolk). To produce this unique bar, Hacienda Limon single estate Ecuadorian cacao beans are transformed into a beautiful 66% dark chocolate. Pump Street’s house made sourdough crumbs are then blended with a touch of sea salt into the chocolate for a malty crunchy finish. When it was launched, this bar was the first chocolate in the world made with sourdough! A combination like no other!
